How do cryptocurrency payments work?

After selecting a package, you'll receive a unique wallet address to send your payment. Once we receive the cryptocurrency (usually within minutes), your server will be automatically activated. No registration or personal information required.

Are there any payment fees?

Cryptocurrency payments have zero fees from our side. Credit card payments include a 5.5% + €0.35 processing fee. Paysafecard has a 15% fee. Cash by post has no additional fees beyond your postal service costs.

Can I pay anonymously?

Yes! Cryptocurrency payments (especially privacy coins like Monero) and cash by post offer complete anonymity. You don't need to provide any personal information for these payment methods.

What happens if my payment is late?

Your server will be automatically locked after the end of the term and deleted after 5 days. We recommend setting up automatic payments or topping up in advance to avoid service interruption.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our prepaid services and cryptocurrency payments, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you have an issue with your service, contact our support team and we'll work to resolve it.
